SPECIAL MEETING 4 OCTOBER 2011 7 PM

Pledge of Allegiance was given by all those present.

Chairman of Trustees, Tom Bodle, called meeting to order.

Trustees: Rodney Lothes , “here”, Gary Nethers “here” and Fiscal Officer, Beth Bodle “here“.

Special Meeting held to discuss Resolution for Issue #1 District 17 Round 26. Purchase of Pound property and purchase of Ford F550 dump truck.

Gary Nethers moved for Resolution to progress with Issue #1, and to appoint Tom Bodle, Chairman, 2^nd by Rodney Lothes.  Tom Bodle moved to appoint Rodney Lothes as Project Manager, 2^nd by Gary Nethers Vote:  all three Trustees “Aye”

Discussed purchase of Pounds property – the last counter offer was $25,000.

Gary Nethers moved to purchase property, 2^nd by Rodney Lothes Vote:  all three Trustees “Aye” Will be financed for 10 years @ 3.98%. 

Purchase of Ford F550 dump truck, Tom Bodle moved to purchase truck, 2^nd by Rodney Lothes, Vote:  all three Trustees “Aye”

Rodney Lothes moved to adjourn meeting and 2^nd by Tom Bodle.
